Barangay Mabuttal East

Barangay Mabuttal East is a small barangay in the municipality of Ballesteros, located in the province of Cagayan, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Mabuttal East had a population of 1,359. This made it the 12th largest of 19 barangays in Ballesteros by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
