Barangay Ranao

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Ranao is one of the administrative divisions of Bani in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Ranao had a population of 2,559. This made it the 6th largest of 27 barangays in Bani by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Ranao accounted for approximately 4.86% of the total population of Bani, which stood at 52,603 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Ranao moving from 2,290 residents to 2,559 residents, an intercensal change of +11.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
