Barangay Giwanon

Situated in Barili, Cebu, Barangay Giwanon is one of 42 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

This made it the 15th largest of 42 barangays in Barili by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Giwanon accounted for approximately 2.55% of the total population of Barili, which stood at 80,715 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Giwanon moving from 1,830 residents to 2,055 residents, an intercensal change of +12.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
