Barangay Santa Ana

Barangay Santa Ana forms part of Barili, a municipality in Cebu, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santa Ana had a population of 2,405. This made it the 10th largest of 42 barangays in Barili by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santa Ana accounted for approximately 2.98% of the total population of Barili, which stood at 80,715 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,087 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,405 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +15.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Santa Ana as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
