Barangay Labi

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Labi is one of the administrative divisions of Bongabon in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Labi had a population of 1,644. This made it the 19th largest of 28 barangays in Bongabon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Labi accounted for approximately 2.46% of the total population of Bongabon, which stood at 66,839 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Labi moving from 1,575 residents to 1,644 residents, an intercensal change of +4.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Labi is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Bongabon is a municipality comprising 28 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Labi, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
