Barangay Sibobo

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Sibobo is one of the administrative divisions of Calabanga in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sibobo had a population of 1,763. This made it the 18th largest of 48 barangays in Calabanga by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sibobo accounted for approximately 1.98% of the total population of Calabanga, which stood at 88,906 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sibobo moving from 1,460 residents to 1,763 residents, an intercensal change of +20.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Sibobo is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
