Barangay Old Poblacion

Barangay Old Poblacion forms part of City of Escalante, a city in Negros Occidental, and is classified as a large barangay.

This made it the 2nd largest of 21 barangays in City of Escalante by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Escalante. Barangay Old Poblacion is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Escalante is a city comprising 21 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Old Poblacion, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
