Barangay Tacpao

Barangay Tacpao is a small barangay in the City of Guihulngan, located in the province of Negros Oriental, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tacpao had a population of 1,474. This made it the 30th largest of 33 barangays in City of Guihulngan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Tacpao accounted for approximately 1.44% of the total population of City of Guihulngan, which stood at 102,656 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tacpao moving from 1,480 residents to 1,474 residents, an intercensal change of -0.4%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
