Barangay Binatagan (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the city of City of Ligao, located in the province of Albay, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Binatagan (Pob.) had a population of 3,989. This made it the 4th largest of 55 barangays in City of Ligao by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Binatagan (Pob.) accounted for approximately 3.38% of the total population of City of Ligao, which stood at 118,096 in the same census year.
