Barangay Bobonsuran

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Bobonsuran is one of the administrative divisions of City of Ligao in Albay, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bobonsuran had a population of 697. This made it the 54th largest of 55 barangays in City of Ligao by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Bobonsuran accounted for approximately 0.59% of the total population of City of Ligao, which stood at 118,096 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bobonsuran changed from 659 to 697, a shift of +5.8% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Ligao. Barangay Bobonsuran is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
