Barangay Busac

Situated in City of Ligao, Albay, Barangay Busac is one of 55 barangays that make up the city within Bicol Region.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Busac changed from 1,229 to 1,137, a shift of -7.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in City of Ligao. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Busac as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
