Barangay Landayan

Classified as a very large barangay, Barangay Landayan is one of the administrative divisions of City of San Pedro in Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Landayan had a population of 33,235. This made it the 2nd largest of 27 barangays in City of San Pedro by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Landayan accounted for approximately 10.19% of the total population of City of San Pedro, which stood at 326,001 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 31,407 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 33,235 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Landayan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of San Pedro is a city comprising 27 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Landayan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Laguna, which contains 681 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Landayan ranks 17th by 2020 population.
