Barangay II (Pob.)

Barangay II (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the City of Silay, located in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay II (Pob.) had a population of 2,625. This made it the 14th largest of 16 barangays in City of Silay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay II (Pob.) accounted for approximately 2.01% of the total population of City of Silay, which stood at 130,478 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay II (Pob.) moving from 3,096 residents to 2,625 residents, an intercensal change of -15.2%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
