This made it the 1st largest of 23 barangays in City of Tagum by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Visayan Village accounted for approximately 14.40% of the total population of City of Tagum, which stood at 296,202 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 40,297 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 42,648 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Visayan Village is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
