Barangay Daanglungsod

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Daanglungsod is one of the administrative divisions of City of Toledo in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Daanglungsod had a population of 3,786. This made it the 26th largest of 38 barangays in City of Toledo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Daanglungsod accounted for approximately 1.83% of the total population of City of Toledo, which stood at 207,314 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,933 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,786 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +29.1%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Daanglungsod is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Toledo is a city comprising 38 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Daanglungsod, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
