Barangay Raois is a small barangay in the City of Vigan, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Raois had a population of 1,595. This made it the 12th largest of 39 barangays in City of Vigan by population, placing it in the upper half of the city.
