Barangay Poblacion Norte

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Poblacion Norte is one of the administrative divisions of Clarin in Bohol, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Poblacion Norte had a population of 825. This made it the 11th largest of 24 barangays in Clarin by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Poblacion Norte accounted for approximately 3.90% of the total population of Clarin, which stood at 21,158 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Poblacion Norte changed from 831 to 825, a shift of -0.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Clarin. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Poblacion Norte as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
