This made it the 41st largest of 41 barangays in Claveria by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 0.80% of the total population of Claveria, which stood at 31,900 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 261 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 255 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -2.3%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay San Isidro is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
