Barangay Santo Tomas

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Santo Tomas is one of the administrative divisions of Claveria in Cagayan, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santo Tomas had a population of 391. This made it the 34th largest of 41 barangays in Claveria by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santo Tomas accounted for approximately 1.23% of the total population of Claveria, which stood at 31,900 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Santo Tomas changed from 402 to 391, a shift of -2.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Claveria. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Santo Tomas as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
