Barangay Tunga-tunga

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Tunga-tunga is one of the administrative divisions of Dauin in Negros Oriental, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tunga-tunga had a population of 1,069. This made it the 11th largest of 23 barangays in Dauin by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tunga-tunga accounted for approximately 3.56% of the total population of Dauin, which stood at 30,018 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tunga-tunga moving from 924 residents to 1,069 residents, an intercensal change of +15.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
