Barangay 10 (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay 10 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Dolores in Eastern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 10 (Pob.) had a population of 654. This made it the 26th largest of 46 barangays in Dolores by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 10 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.47% of the total population of Dolores, which stood at 44,626 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 664 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 654 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -1.5%, consistent with a broadly stable settlement. Barangay 10 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dolores is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 10 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Eastern Samar, which contains 597 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay 10 (Pob.) ranks 275th by 2020 population. Eastern Samar is classified as a 2nd by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.

The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
