Barangay 3 (Pob.)

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay 3 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Dolores in Eastern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 3 (Pob.) had a population of 299. This made it the 42nd largest of 46 barangays in Dolores by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 3 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.67% of the total population of Dolores, which stood at 44,626 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay 3 (Pob.) changed from 260 to 299, a shift of +15.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Dolores. Barangay 3 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dolores is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 3 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
