Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Manggagawa is one of the administrative divisions of Guinayangan in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

This made it the 2nd largest of 54 barangays in Guinayangan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality.
