Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Sintones is one of the administrative divisions of Guinayangan in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Sintones had a population of 726. This made it the 22nd largest of 54 barangays in Guinayangan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sintones accounted for approximately 1.65% of the total population of Guinayangan, which stood at 44,045 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 794 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 726 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -8.6%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Sintones as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
