Barangay Bongbongan III

Barangay Bongbongan III is a small barangay in the municipality of Hamtic, located in the province of Antique, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bongbongan III had a population of 542. This made it the 38th largest of 47 barangays in Hamtic by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bongbongan III accounted for approximately 1.03% of the total population of Hamtic, which stood at 52,685 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bongbongan III changed from 475 to 542, a shift of +14.1% over the five-year period.
