Situated in Iguig, Cagayan, Barangay Campo is one of 23 barangays that make up the municipality within Cagayan Valley.

This made it the 22nd largest of 23 barangays in Iguig by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Campo accounted for approximately 0.99% of the total population of Iguig, which stood at 30,060 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Campo moving from 223 residents to 298 residents, an intercensal change of +33.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Campo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
