Barangay Agustin Navarra

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Agustin Navarra is one of the administrative divisions of Ivisan in Capiz, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Agustin Navarra had a population of 1,256. This made it the 13th largest of 15 barangays in Ivisan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Agustin Navarra accounted for approximately 4.02% of the total population of Ivisan, which stood at 31,278 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,104 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,256 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +13.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Agustin Navarra as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Ivisan is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Agustin Navarra, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
