Barangay Culaman

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Culaman is one of the administrative divisions of Jose Abad Santos in Davao Occidental, Davao Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Culaman had a population of 3,265. This made it the 6th largest of 26 barangays in Jose Abad Santos by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Culaman accounted for approximately 4.45% of the total population of Jose Abad Santos, which stood at 73,381 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Culaman moving from 3,805 residents to 3,265 residents, an intercensal change of -14.2%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
