Barangay Bugho

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Bugho is one of the administrative divisions of Loon in Bohol, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bugho had a population of 209. This made it the 62nd largest of 67 barangays in Loon by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bugho accounted for approximately 0.47% of the total population of Loon, which stood at 44,224 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bugho moving from 243 residents to 209 residents, an intercensal change of -14.0%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bugho as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
