Barangay Calantipayan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Calantipayan is one of the administrative divisions of Lopez in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Calantipayan had a population of 2,135. This made it the 11th largest of 95 barangays in Lopez by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Calantipayan accounted for approximately 2.26% of the total population of Lopez, which stood at 94,657 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Calantipayan moving from 1,814 residents to 2,135 residents, an intercensal change of +17.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
