Situated in Maribojoc, Bohol, Barangay San Vicente is one of 22 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 1,167. This made it the 7th largest of 22 barangays in Maribojoc by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 5.26% of the total population of Maribojoc, which stood at 22,178 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,097 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,167 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Vicente is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
