Barangay Bulac

Barangay Bulac is a small barangay in the municipality of Minalin, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bulac had a population of 1,036. This made it the 15th largest of 15 barangays in Minalin by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bulac accounted for approximately 2.14% of the total population of Minalin, which stood at 48,380 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bulac moving from 1,015 residents to 1,036 residents, an intercensal change of +2.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Bulac is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
