Barangay Sta. Rita

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Sta. Rita is one of the administrative divisions of Minalin in Pampanga, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sta. Rita had a population of 4,516. This made it the 5th largest of 15 barangays in Minalin by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sta. Rita accounted for approximately 9.33% of the total population of Minalin, which stood at 48,380 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Sta. Rita changed from 4,530 to 4,516, a shift of -0.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Minalin. Barangay Sta. Rita is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Minalin is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Sta. Rita, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
