Barangay Camposanto 1 - Sur is a small barangay in the municipality of Moncada, located in the province of Tarlac, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Camposanto 1 - Sur had a population of 1,731. This made it the 15th largest of 37 barangays in Moncada by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
