Barangay Paloyon Oriental

Barangay Paloyon Oriental is a small barangay in the municipality of Nabua, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Paloyon Oriental had a population of 699. This made it the 39th largest of 42 barangays in Nabua by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Paloyon Oriental accounted for approximately 0.81% of the total population of Nabua, which stood at 86,490 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Paloyon Oriental changed from 831 to 699, a shift of -15.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Nabua.
