Barangay San Antonio (Pob.)

Barangay San Antonio (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Nabua, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Antonio (Pob.) had a population of 2,839. This made it the 9th largest of 42 barangays in Nabua by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Antonio (Pob.) accounted for approximately 3.28% of the total population of Nabua, which stood at 86,490 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,820 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,839 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +0.7%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Antonio (Pob.) as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Nabua is a municipality comprising 42 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Antonio (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Camarines Sur, which contains 1,063 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay San Antonio (Pob.) ranks 188th by 2020 population. Camarines Sur is classified as a 1st by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.
