Barangay Tabobo-an

Barangay Tabobo-an forms part of Odiongan, a municipality in Romblon, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tabobo-an had a population of 1,432. This made it the 19th largest of 25 barangays in Odiongan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tabobo-an accounted for approximately 2.91% of the total population of Odiongan, which stood at 49,284 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tabobo-an changed from 1,322 to 1,432, a shift of +8.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Odiongan. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tabobo-an as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Odiongan is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Tabobo-an, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
