Barangay Santa Cruz is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Pamplona, located in the province of Cagayan, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Santa Cruz had a population of 2,563. This made it the 2nd largest of 18 barangays in Pamplona by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santa Cruz accounted for approximately 10.34% of the total population of Pamplona, which stood at 24,781 in the same census year.
