Barangay Linga

Situated in Pila, Laguna, Barangay Linga is one of 17 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Linga had a population of 3,580. This made it the 6th largest of 17 barangays in Pila by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Linga accounted for approximately 6.56% of the total population of Pila, which stood at 54,613 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Linga moving from 3,477 residents to 3,580 residents, an intercensal change of +3.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Linga as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
