Barangay Pinagbayanan

Barangay Pinagbayanan is a large barangay in the municipality of Pila, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pinagbayanan had a population of 6,094. This made it the 1st largest of 17 barangays in Pila by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinagbayanan accounted for approximately 11.16% of the total population of Pila, which stood at 54,613 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pinagbayanan moving from 5,691 residents to 6,094 residents, an intercensal change of +7.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pinagbayanan as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
