Barangay Poblacion 1

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Poblacion 1 is one of the administrative divisions of Pura in Tarlac, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Poblacion 1 had a population of 1,204. This made it the 11th largest of 16 barangays in Pura by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Poblacion 1 accounted for approximately 4.67% of the total population of Pura, which stood at 25,781 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Poblacion 1 moving from 1,266 residents to 1,204 residents, an intercensal change of -4.9%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
