Barangay Balud

Situated in Salcedo, Eastern Samar, Barangay Balud is one of 41 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

This made it the 25th largest of 41 barangays in Salcedo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Balud accounted for approximately 1.53% of the total population of Salcedo, which stood at 22,136 in the same census year.
