Barangay 10 (Pob.)

Situated in Salcedo, Eastern Samar, Barangay 10 (Pob.) is one of 41 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 10 (Pob.) had a population of 105. This made it the 39th largest of 41 barangays in Salcedo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 10 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.47% of the total population of Salcedo, which stood at 22,136 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 131 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 105 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -19.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay 10 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
