Barangay Sapang

Situated in San Miguel, Bulacan, Barangay Sapang is one of 49 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

This made it the 40th largest of 49 barangays in San Miguel by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sapang accounted for approximately 1.16% of the total population of San Miguel, which stood at 172,073 in the same census year.
