Barangay Baraca-Camachile (Pob.)

Barangay Baraca-Camachile (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Subic, located in the province of Zambales, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Baraca-Camachile (Pob.) had a population of 3,369. This made it the 11th largest of 16 barangays in Subic by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Baraca-Camachile (Pob.) accounted for approximately 3.01% of the total population of Subic, which stood at 111,912 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,596 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,369 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -6.3%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Baraca-Camachile (Pob.) as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
