Barangay Cabibihan

Barangay Cabibihan forms part of Tagkawayan, a municipality in Quezon, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Cabibihan had a population of 580. This made it the 34th largest of 45 barangays in Tagkawayan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cabibihan accounted for approximately 1.07% of the total population of Tagkawayan, which stood at 54,003 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Cabibihan moving from 523 residents to 580 residents, an intercensal change of +10.9%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Cabibihan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Tagkawayan is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Cabibihan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
