Situated in Talavera, Nueva Ecija, Barangay Dinarayat is one of 53 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Dinarayat had a population of 1,302. This made it the 43rd largest of 53 barangays in Talavera by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dinarayat accounted for approximately 0.98% of the total population of Talavera, which stood at 132,338 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Dinarayat moving from 1,210 residents to 1,302 residents, an intercensal change of +7.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Dinarayat as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
