Barangay Diana Countryside

Situated in Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur, Barangay Diana Countryside is one of 18 barangays that make up the municipality within Zamboanga Peninsula.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Diana Countryside had a population of 777. This made it the 12th largest of 18 barangays in Tigbao by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Diana Countryside accounted for approximately 3.58% of the total population of Tigbao, which stood at 21,675 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 775 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 777 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +0.3%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay Diana Countryside is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
