Barangay Maragang

Situated in Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur, Barangay Maragang is one of 18 barangays that make up the municipality within Zamboanga Peninsula.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Maragang had a population of 1,810. This made it the 3rd largest of 18 barangays in Tigbao by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Maragang accounted for approximately 8.35% of the total population of Tigbao, which stood at 21,675 in the same census year.
