Barangay Decreto

Barangay Decreto forms part of Umingan, a municipality in Pangasinan, and is classified as a small barangay.

The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Decreto as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
